WHAT DOES P6 STAND FOR?

P6 is the abbreviation for a 6-sided polygon – a hexagon. From bees' honeycomb to Giant’s Causeway, Hexagonal patterns are prevalent in nature due to their efficiency. We believe it’s circular shape is the ideal form for small group personal training allowing enough workout space per participant while being in eye contact with other participants and the trainer.
